Billing Terms and Conditions


We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal: Log-in to your PayPal account at the checkout page to complete your Roelavi purchase.

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can pay with credit cards through PayPal platform without a PayPal account.

Bank Transfer - Please contact us if you wish to pay through bank transfer.


All payments must be cleared before we start making your jewellery. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.



All payments are one-off, meaning that you will only be billed once for each order you purchase. There is no renewal or automatic payments. A summary of your order will be automatically sent to your email immediately after the purchase. 



All prices are listed in USD. 



As each piece of jewellery is handcrafted per order, the making time is up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to rush your order, please contact us.



We ship to most destinations worldwide, specifically all countries listed in Checkout. All orders are sent with insured express shipping by UPS/DHL/USPS/FedEx for free.

Express shipping takes approximately 3-7 days to most destinations worldwide.

The shipping time is estimation and may vary according to different couriers and weather conditions therefore cannot be guaranteed. 



Buyers/receivers are responsible for any customs, duties and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for any delays, custom fees/duties/import taxes and package seizures due to customs at the country of receivers.



We understand sometimes a change of mind or a mis-click may happen, so we accept cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once 24 hours has passed we no longer accept cancellations or refunds.
PayPal and Shopify fees will not be refunded for order cancellations.



As each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.


We do not offer return and refund due to the nature of made-to-order jewelleries. Each piece of jewellery is fully handmade with specific measurements and gemstone preferences for each of our customers.
